22 HEALTHY HABITS TO WORK ON
1.
Eat right. Eat fruits, nuts and grains, fishes, meat (but to a healthy
amount).
2.
Sleep 7 to 8 hours every day. Get to bed early and wake up
early.
3.
Get enough physical activities. Work out, run, jog, walk, jump
ropes whatever, just get your heart pumping profusely.
4.
Stay relaxed and stress free. Try tai - chi, breathing and
meditation, walk in the park, vacations whatever you like.
5.
Build a proper mindset. Adopt the growth mindset where you are
not stuck in a mindset that hold you back.
6.
Maintain healthy relationships with friends and families. Do
something for the people who mean the most to you.
7.
Find your passion. Do whatever takes your fancy. Make it your
goal and work hard on achieving them.
8.
The progress of others doesn’t mean you’re failing. Maintain
your lane/pace always.
9.
Leave toxic people. They will always find a way to pull you back
to their own level, to their depraved state. You don’t deserve them, they don’t
deserve you.
10.
Learn some useful habits and skills. Keep your brain healthy.
Try something new every day, hopefully something that really scares you. Face
your fears.
11.
Be happy. Smile. Talk to strangers. Make a bucket list and cross
them off.

Learn from your mistakes. Once is ok, twice is ok also, thrice
is ok too as long as you tell yourself I won’t repeat it next time.

Positive self talks. It is very important. This can make or
break you. You will make mistakes, you can have a dark past, people will put
you down but that doesn’t decide who you can become.
14.
If you are open-minded, become a God fearing person. One of the reasons
why people in the Antarctica zones live the longest is because they are
strongly committed in religion and spirituality.
15.
Leave your bad habits. Don’t smoke; leave people who don’t add
value to your life, become mature and insightful.
16.
Let things go. Forgive people, let go of your past, understand
that something’s are beyond our control.

your patience! Sometime take control of situation, and win it. This is
very crucial skill one needs to learn in corporate life.!
- Everybody keeps alarm
for morning, but I keep alarm for evening as well, just to leave office on
time.
- Critical project? Stay
back and finish at any cost!
- Never follow the herd,
build your own path.
- Reached late making
someone wait? Your word's hurt anyone? Used anyone items without their
concern in a hurry? Leave ego and say sorry, who ever may it be!
- Invest
some money in fixed deposit. Let it earn while you sleep
